	　　《明報》記者向麥當勞查詢事件，發言人回應稱，McCaf&eacute;的食品及飲品使用不同質料的容器盛載，各種容器之設定，是爲確保食物無論在衛生及風味上都得到最佳保存，同時確保質量一致；若顧客自攜容器，餐廳會按情況彈性處理。</div>

	　　FB&ldquo;麥咖啡點解唔畀自攜杯啫&rdquo;專頁昨日貼文披露事件。&ldquo;事緣有一位我們相信佢都繫好盡責嘅員工出現咗，用嚴厲的語氣吩咐姐姐，因爲公司標準，要先衝落麥當勞杯，再由顧客自己倒落隨行杯。因爲未有重用冷飲膠杯及無幫我們將熱飲衝入堂食杯，今日買咖啡我們足足浪費了4個杯。&rdquo;</div>

	　　負責專頁的網民接受明報訪問時稱，其實個別分店的McCaf&eacute;員工都會應客人要求直接衝在他們的自攜杯中，但因爲麥當勞的政策，包括確保飲品份量及衛生問題，其實不準員工這樣做，&ldquo;肯做的員工我們反而要保護，不可以大事宣揚，否則他們會被人罵！&rdquo;</div>

	　　她表示，其實香港其他連鎖咖啡店甚至臺式飲品店不但支持顧客用自攜杯，甚至可以減價以示鼓勵，她不明白McCaf&eacute;爲何做不到，&ldquo;或者，支持環保的朋友仔系時候要放棄呢間連鎖食肆，因爲佢徹頭徹尾都無跟過佢網頁的環保政策&rdquo;。</div>
