店主是一個80後姑娘，名叫張楊。從畢業就開始接觸聾啞人，將他們收到自己的工廠打工，一直到現在做起了餐飲。</p>

張楊說：“聾啞人不像其他殘疾人，肢體殘疾他可以溝通，能道出自己的辛酸，找工作不難。但是聾啞人沒辦法，所以我纔想着把這件事情做下去。”</p>

張楊這麼做，也因爲在創業路上收穫了來自他們的鼓勵和支持。張楊說告訴記者，在她最困難的時候，是他們說“姐，就算不發工資我們也不會走”。</p>

爲了能和他們更好的溝通，張楊不僅自己學習手語，也讓到店裏來工作的員工必須學習手語。多年的相處，張揚也和他們結下了深厚的情誼，還有3對聾啞夫妻在她的見證下走到了一起。</p>

周勇鋼是張楊團隊最早的成員之一，因爲耳道發育不完善，他的聽力不如普通人敏銳，但他擅長手語，一些簡單的語言溝通也沒有問題。</p>

他說：“感覺對我們就像親人，我們都叫她姐姐，真的就好像就姐姐弟弟一樣。而這裏是我第一份工作，也是我以後的工作，這裏就像我第二個家。”</p>

第一次來店裏喝咖啡，顧客潘宇廷着實驚訝了一番，驚訝過後卻感覺非常溫暖。“爲聾啞人提供了更多就業機會，能讓他們有更多不一樣的工作體驗和生活方式，感覺特別棒。”潘宇廷說。</p>

授人以魚不如授人以漁，張楊不希望對聾啞人的幫助只是暫時緩解他們的困難，她更希望通過自己的幫扶讓聾啞人得到掌握謀生的技能，希望每一個店員都能獨當一面，獨立自強。</p>

張楊說：“我覺得我發展的每一個小店，能讓別人感覺到溫暖，讓人們接受聾人、接受殘疾人，給他們公平的就業平臺，但是一個人的力量畢竟有限。”</p>
