21日，聯合辦公創業公司“無界空間”在京宣佈，推出“W-Studio”共享會客室創新業務，其創始團隊成員來優步（Uber），並在昨天晚上順利完成第一單。</p>

“無界空間”創始人兼CEO萬柳朔（Randy）表示，公司獲得由信中利領投，經緯中國跟投的近億元A+輪融資，接下來將在快速推出更精品化的門店，加強產品和服務的基礎之上，上線新業務“W-Studio”，將在北京定製上百個會客廳。</p>

項目負責人高文心（Olivia）稱，“W-Studio”在北京定製了上百個便捷、精緻、智能化的專業會客廳，用戶只要藉助客戶端，就可以一鍵找到可用的共享空間，無障礙解鎖，即訂即享。</p>

在價格方面，跟其他共享經濟產品一樣，“W-Studio”按小時定價，按照位置和時間段，每小時定價爲60-200元，合作的咖啡館將獲得分成收入。</p>

據悉，WStudio爲“無界空間”內部孵化的創新業務，萬柳朔在接受人民網IT頻道採訪時表示，其創意來自於自己的一個痛點：作爲創業者，他經常去咖啡廳工作、會見客戶，卻經常遇到座位上沒有電源插口、空間不私密等問題。</p>

因此在去年12月，他和高文心一拍即合，啓動了“W-Studio”業務，並引入了熱衷於共享經濟的一批年輕人，通過3個月時間打造了第一批“W-Studio”，場地主要來自於跟咖啡廳和寫字樓的合作。</p>

對於共享會客廳，高文心說，“我並不擔心模仿者”，作爲新生事物，現在首先要做的是用戶教育，如果有人模仿說明自己做是一件很有前途的事情，同時，提升消費者體驗。</p>
