殊不知匆忙的開張，果然“一剪沒”了，往往三個月之後，生意就開始下滑，自己反而矇在鼓裏“前幾個月不是生意挺好”嘛。這也是很多年輕投資人容易犯下的忌諱，的確開家咖啡館不容易，前期長時間的精力投入，店鋪一開張很容易放鬆心情，以爲“從此無事”，其實事情纔剛剛開始，這有點像農村裏的老人張羅子女結婚一樣，大多數父母也是感覺扶持兒女結完婚就萬事大吉，殊不知，結婚纔是生活的開始，後面要經歷的事兒多着呢!</div>

所以，在前期籌備過程，最好能有得力的人能夠分擔一二，不要投放經歷太多，應該有分工，有人負責施工現場協調，有人負責運營人事安排，有人負責前期營銷策劃，適度的解放自己的精力，而開張之後，迅速調整自己，迅速改善內部問題，尤其是有礙於出品速度，出品品質，以及服務流程的因素，必須第一時間解決處理。</div>

其次站到顧客角度不斷審視店鋪環境，從顧客進前開始，到整個顧客離店，逐一增減環境氛圍上的不足，這時不要刻意的去節省和盲目添加，這時你的一個失誤，就會帶來以後運營的極大煩惱，時間不等人，但是切記心態“一剪沒”!</div>

開一間咖啡館是不簡單的，需要制定一份完整的開店的方案，前期開店、宣傳，到後期運營，經營者心裏一定要有一個詳細地規劃，這樣咖啡店纔能有條不紊地開起來，後期的運營情況才能一步一步得到提升。</div>
