根據美國消費品安全委員會（CPSC）發佈的一份報告，此次召回的克里格咖啡機包括在美國出售的660萬臺和在加拿大出售的56.4萬臺，這份報告還詳細給出了具體召回咖啡機的批次、顏色、型號等。</div>

這批咖啡機由中國和馬來西亞的工廠生產於2009年年底至2014年7月之間，在大型零售商如沃爾瑪、塔吉特以及克里格官方在線網站都有售賣，克里格表示，此前購買了咖啡機的消費者可以聯繫其公司並得到免費維修。</div>

1981年成立的綠山咖啡以其著名的單杯咖啡營銷模式成爲美國“賣杯子的咖啡巨頭”。在收購了以咖啡機爲主營業務的克里格公司後，綠山咖啡憑藉專門的單杯咖啡機和一次只衝一杯咖啡的克里格K杯，成功進入了美國13%的家庭當中，目前，綠山咖啡的業務也僅限於美國和加拿大。</div>

綠山咖啡2013財年實現營業收入43.58億美元，淨利潤達到4.84億美元，其中92%的營收由克里格咖啡機及其配套K杯飲品貢獻，而僅K杯一項產品的營收就達到31.87億美元。</div>

綠山咖啡這種模式還爲其吸引了投資夥伴。今年2月，可口可樂公司斥資12.5億美元收購了綠山咖啡10%的股份，後者將成爲可口可樂品牌家庭飲料系統的官方生產商和銷售商。可口可樂還與綠山咖啡簽訂了一份十年期的家用冷飲系統合作協議：以在綠山咖啡名爲“Keurig Cold”的家庭飲料系統中發展和引入可口可樂全球品牌組合，並將把這款系統向全球推廣，其中，正在研發的家用自助冷飲機可以實現消費者在家裏自制喜歡的飲料。5月中旬，可口可樂再度宣佈將持股比例提高至16%。</div>
