價籤標錯產地顧客要求賠償</p>
<p>
“聽說朋友喜歡喝進口咖啡，我想買點答謝朋友此前的幫助。”去年11月28日，李先生在華潤萬家大衆廣場人防店看到幾款麥斯威爾咖啡，超市價籤的產地寫着韓國，“以前沒喝過咖啡，也不懂這方面的知識，一看是進口的就買下了，花了近900元。”</p>
<p>
當晚李先生把咖啡送到朋友家中，“朋友一看咖啡的包裝盒上，產地竟寫着廣州。”朋友將咖啡退回，李先生又到另一家超市買了進口咖啡才了事。</p>
<p>
事後，李先生來到超市討說法，希望超市做出賠償。可事情過去一個多月，還沒得到解決。“電話打了近30次，每次說留下號碼等回覆，可等一天也沒回信。到店裏也找不到人解決。”</p>
<p>
李先生稱超市工作人員曾讓他與生產廠家聯繫，但他認爲產品本身沒質量問題，是超市標錯價籤，應由超市解決。</p>
<p>
1月15日18：30左右，記者陪同李先生到超市。超市員工蘇先生稱，商品資料由廠家提供，超市根據廠家的信息錄入系統。“我們和廠家聯繫了，廠家不能做出賠償。這個貨已經賣了多年，查不到當時的信息。超市的工作確有疏忽，我們可以爲李先生退貨，但不可能賠償。”</p>
<p>
“價籤與商品對不起來，這就是欺騙消費者。”李先生希望超市能夠一賠一。目前，李先生已向王官莊工商所提出投訴，此事還在進一步協商。</p>
