	　　獵豆師角色類似貿易商，可說是咖啡界的星探。與路易莎配合的獵豆師共有3位，具有杯測師資格，他們長期待在大型生豆貿易商較少去的咖啡豆產區，例如政局較動盪的非洲，或是供量較少的區域，幫合作的精品咖啡店到各莊園找生豆，只要發現不錯的咖啡豆，便寄回臺灣給咖啡業者嘗試，再幫忙下訂單，約一季進貨一次，收取費用方式因人而異，通常在生豆成本上，加上15%到20%。</div>

	　　路易莎董事長黃銘賢解釋，獵豆師就像專業經理人，是咖啡店與產區的中間橋樑，&ldquo;像勇士莊園的豆我都快要全包了，很多精品咖啡豆，是因爲我們的量夠大，他們才進得了貨。&rdquo;</div>

	　　他舉例，像日曬耶加就是他大量進貨後，臺灣纔開始流行起來，&ldquo;一般都被北歐、日本和美國人買光，那一年因爲我要買，大量下單，其他小店纔可以跟著我一起買。那天開始臺灣流行日曬耶加，金礦也推日曬耶加，7-11也推，以前沒有，我做起來的。&rdquo;</div>
