炎炎夏日，隨處可見的手搖飲料店，成了最方便的消暑方式。爲了維護民衆食用飲品的衛生安全，新北市衛生局啓動今年冰品（冰塊）飲品抽驗專案，截至7月上旬已累計完成196件產品檢驗，其中177件產品檢驗結果與規定相符，合格率爲90.3%。不合格有13件，其中包含許多知名連鎖飲料店和咖啡廳等。<br />

衛生局指出，抽檢中共13件不合格者，有11件食用冰塊、1件茶飲及1件刨冰經複驗結果與規定不符，不合格原因爲生菌數及大腸桿菌羣超標，衛生局將依違反食品安全衛生管理法第17條規定，處新臺幣3萬元以上300萬以下罰鍰。另有6件經初抽不合格，已停業或停售。</div>

衛生局公佈，13件不合格者中，“Coffee blablabla”新店區民權路店，食用冰塊生菌數超標最多達92倍，生菌數9200 CFU/ml（標準：100 CFU/ml以下）；“一芳臺灣水果茶中和環球店（中和環球店）”所售的“包種綠茶”，大腸桿菌數超標達9.3倍，大腸桿菌羣 93 MPN/ml（標準：10 MPN/ml以下）；“黑糖嬤嬤”板橋區漢生東路店，所售的“葡萄牛奶奶酪雪花冰”大腸桿菌與生菌都超標，生菌數240000 CFU/ml（標準：100000 CFU/ml以下） 大腸桿菌羣 120 MPN/ml（標準：100 MPN/ml）。</div>

衛生局指出，生菌數、大腸桿菌羣及大腸桿菌爲飲冰品之衛生指標，超過標準即表示飲冰品在製作過程中衛生狀況不佳，可能原因包括場所、設施及設備不潔等。</div>

衛生局公佈，6件初抽不合格，包含2間已歇業店面的3項產品，“百年手工豆花”（中和區興南路一段）所售的“仙草牛奶冰、紅豆牛奶冰”；“愛琴海冰品”（新莊區公園路）所售的“牛奶雪花冰”；2間已停售的2項產品，“COCO”（中和區興南路一段）所售的“綠豆沙冰沙”、“房角石鮮果汁”（板橋區民生路三段）所用的“食用冰塊”；1間已停業的1項產品，“合味美食”（汐止區宜興街）所售的“牛奶雪花冰”。</div>

衛生局強調，購買冰品時應注意不買冷凍、冷藏溫度不足之產品，冰櫃冷凍溫度須維持攝氏–18度以下、冷藏溫度須維持攝氏7度以下；買回家儲存在冰箱，冷藏及冷凍的溫度也要在7度及–18度以下，以確保冰品安全。</div>
